Made of solid lightweight and durable Aerospace Aluminum, Flash-Brake tools are as strong as other steel tools, but are much lighter.  Our tools are bolted together, not welded, so that the material stays strong and the tool lasts longer. As long as you have a Flash-Brake handle, even tools that get worn out or damaged can be easily repaired by replacing the blade.
